All fresh produce is then packed in our self-owned & operated packhouses. To maintain peak freshness and flavor we have our own fleet of vehicles and in-house freight forwarding operations. From transportation to distribution, we maintain control at every step of the way, ensuring timely deliveries and high level of food safety to our customers.

Self and Co-Farming

At Kay Bee Mangoes, we utilize a combination of owned and leased farms, along with partnerships with dedicated growers. This collaborative approach, known as co-farming, allows us to implement the same stringent food safety measures across all our operations. Our agronomy team oversees all plant protection activities, ensuring consistent quality and safety standards on both our farms and those of our partners.

Organic Inputs Manufacture

We take pride in manufacturing our own organic plant protection products and fertilizers. Utilizing plant-based extracts rigorously tested by our in-house R&D labs, we ensure their efficacy and safety. Over 90% of our agricultural inputs are now organic and self-manufactured. State-of-the-Art Packhouses

Our network includes five strategically located packhouses, providing easy access to major airports. These packhouses are constructed to international standards, equipped with cutting-edge technology and infrastructure. Own Fleet of Vehicles

To ensure the optimal transportation of our produce, we operate a fleet of over 80 vehicles, including refrigerated trucks for farm-to-airport delivery. All our vehicles are equipped with GPS and temperature sensors, allowing for precise control and monitoring during transportation, ensuring our produce remains fresh and safe.

Airline Freight Forwarding

Recognizing that air-freight is a significant cost element, we have invested in our in-house IATA-accredited freight forwarding department. This allows us to manage all our air-freight bookings internally, handling over 10,000 tons annually. Our significant volumes and efficient operations have earned us multiple awards from leading airlines in India.

Distribution in the US

For our key market in the United States, we have a dedicated team of sales professionals providing year-round import and distribution services.
